NMBA will facilitate the third virtual job fair of the year during the week of August 15, 2022. With many of our members looking to hire, these virtual job fairs are a good way to get the word out that broadcasting is a great career path. The virtual job fair also provides members with a partial outreach initiative credit that remains a major aspect of the station’s recruitment requirement of the FCC’s Equal Employment Opportunity program.
